The Jing Shan Arts Experience - Where JingShanite’s artistic and creative expression weaves with a flourishing school life. Through a variety of school-based programmes, every JingShanite can explore and pursue arts through purposefully-tailored activities to become a Thriving Explorer and Mindful Leader.

JS Arts Education

The Aesthetics Department strives to develop every JingShanite into a “Thriving Explorer, Mindful Leader” through the arts. Through the various key programmes in the curriculum and co-curriculum, it develops students’ sense of aesthetics and artistic skills in the different arts genre. These art experiences include the Art Curriculum, Music Curriculum, PAL (Visual Arts and Drama), Visual and Performing Arts Co-curricular Activities and other cross-department programmes such as school celebrations and more.

A JingShanite’s journey through the lower, middle and upper school years. The arts form the foundation of a JingShanite’s school experience as he or she is able to experience arts as both an audience and a participant in many of the school activities, based on strengths and interests.
